Timestamps generated by cmake TIMESTAMP function respect SOURCE_DATE_EPOCH, but use the local timezone. In CMakeLists.txt, uses of the TIMESTAMP function need to specify the timezone as UTC: . string(TIMESTAMP CURRENT_TIME "%Y-%m-%d" UTC) .
