Description	Sphinx is embedding the current year into copyright statements in generated documentation.

Comments:

Sphinx does try to substitute the environment SOURCE_DATE_EPOCH value's year
into documentation projects' copyright statement ending-year, but this project
uses a unicode dash (decimal codepoint 8211) that isn't recognised currently
by Sphinx (neither v7.2.6 from testing nor v7.3.7 latest upstream).

Our notes about issues affecting packages are stored in notes.git and are targeted at packages in Debian in 'unstable/amd64' (unless they say otherwise).
