I think it's a timestamp that is used as part of the makefile (etc.) generation. . /usr/bin/ruby2.3 -r ./siteconf20180314-61474-whhjsn.rb extconf.rb
Our notes about issues affecting packages are stored in notes.git and are targeted at packages in Debian in 'unstable/amd64' (unless they say otherwise).
