Emacs "autoloads" comments contain a timestamp. At least some of these would be resolved by a fix for https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=799168
Our notes about issues affecting packages are stored in notes.git and are targeted at packages in Debian in 'unstable/amd64' (unless they say otherwise).
