Notes for chibi-scheme - reproducible builds result

Identified issues:
Identifier: timestamps_in_tex_documents
Description The TeX \today macro embeds the build date in the files generated
from it (DVI, PS, PDF, etc.). This should probably be changed to
honour SOURCE_DATE_EPOCH from the environment.

This can sometimes be explicit in the \maketitle command.
Comments: Also embeds test timing in test.html HTML documentation and usr/share/chibi/.srfi.meta appears to be deserialised non-deterministically
